There are a variety of bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom includes 4 king size beds spaced between the main room and an upstairs loft. Another spacious bedroom boasts 2 king beds, a pullout couch, and tons of floor space. The en-suite bathroom has a large garden tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 95% refund if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
Damage: A security deposit 'hold' of $1,000 is due 3 days before arrival. This is a 'hold' that is put on the card before arrival and released after departure. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, including lost TV remotes, etc.

Cleaning practices: Cleaned with disinfectant. Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF. High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
