Farmhouse
The Farmhouse offers ground level entry with keypad check-in into the four-bedroom home. It has a cozy living area with a comfortable window seat. The inviting family room connects to the dining room and spacious kitchen with breakfast bar island seating. The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, and cookware. There are a variety of bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom includes 4 king size beds spaced between the main room and an upstairs loft. Another spacious bedroom boasts 2 king beds, a pullout couch, and tons of floor space. The en-suite bathroom has a large garden tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet.

The barn and silo have magnificent natural lighting in the spacious family room and kitchen area. The kitchen has beautiful appliances, two fridges/freezers, pantry, and a fully stocked kitchen. The open space includes a large dining table and huge kitchen island to seat several guests.
The main floor of the barn has 2 large family suites that sleep 10 in 4 queen beds and 2 twins. Each of these suites has a connected bathroom in the room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, one full size bathroom, and a large open vanity area. Enjoy the open upstairs loft playing foosball and air hockey.
The silo is connected to the barn and has three floors. The bottom floor is a play room and has a rock wall and a bear cave. The middle floor is a cozy theater room for watching movies or playing video games. The top floor is full of bunk beds for fun sleep overs. Each floor is connected by a staircase and a slide.

Farmhouse & Barn/Silo Rates
Policies
Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 95% refund if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
Damage: A security deposit 'hold' of $1,000 is due 3 days before arrival. This is a 'hold' that is put on the card before arrival and released after departure. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, including lost TV remotes, etc.
Check in after: 4:00pm. Check out before: 10:00am
No pets are allowed.

Max guests for Barn/Silo is 50, for Farmhouse is 30, and combined is 80
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
No parking on city street or else a $300 fine per day will be incurred. Garden City is VERY strict about this rule.
Outdoor security cameras are installed at all front/back exterior doors. By booking this property you agree to the use of security cameras.
Cleaning practices: Cleaned with disinfectant. Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF. High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
